ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Traci Mayo-Faulk and am happy to have you here. I was born and raised in Bridgeton, New Jersey where I graduated from Cumberland Regional High School with Honors and accepted a full academic scholarship to Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
I have always been determined to make a
difference. After 4 years of studying Interpersonal Communication and travelling abroad to Spain to hone my Spanish skills, I decided I wanted a career in Social Service. My 4 years of High School and 4 years of College brought along a thirst for helping others to maximize their potential.
From gathering my closest friends in High School and branding the group as the QTs – a young women’s empowerment movement, to securing multiple county and state level job readiness and career training grants for individuals from low social-economic backgrounds, to now managing a grant program for single parents sponsored by the NJ Department of Children and Families – Division on Women, I have always had a passion for encouraging people to grow into their greatest selves.

Throughout my work and life experiences, I too have allowed myself step into my own potential by starting a company that provides personal and professional development training to youth and adults. In addition, I enjoy curating empowerment events and conferences within my community as a way of providing people with the tools needed to turn their can’ts into cans and their dreams into plans.
